Urban Beard ships worldwide and provides free shipping on orders over $64

Shipping is a flat fee of $8.95 if you live in North America and $14.95 if you live in the UK or any other European country.

All orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours. 

You will receive your purchase 4 to 9 business days from the time we ship your order.

If the address you gave us has any mistakes causing the delivery company to be unable to deliver the package, we will send your purchase again but shipping will then be charged again.

Procedure for Online Orders

No order will be accepted unless complete information is provided including:-

Full name, Full address, Valid email address, Phone No. (including area code)

RETURN POLICY

If you wish to exchange or return an item you must first receive approval before you ship the product. Shipping charges are not refundable.

All goods are supplied with a 10 day fault warranty.

Goods must be received back at our office 10 days from the day you received your order.

All packages returned to us "unclaimed" will be subject to an additional shipping charge before being reshipped.

We cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by incorrect information or declined credit cards.

Please note that if you ordered by Credit Card and return your item, you will be refunded, minus 10% of the total transaction fee. This is to cover the Credit Card charge that Visa, MasterCard charges us and the payment gateway fees.
