      No complaints!

      I bought the beard wax and beard oil (both unscented) for my boyfriend as a little valentine’s day gift. He really likes both products!

      Hard to track

      Ran into an issue trying to track my package to Los Angeles. I was emailed DHL shipping information that was a dead link. After reaching out to Urban Beard, they corrected the error and sent USPS tracking information. The team was very prompt with a solution but wanted to call out in case future US shipments can be corrected. Love the product no matter what, been a customer for years!

      Thanks for the review Rocco. The tracking issue was my fault. When I input your tracking number it default to DHL and I didn't realize to change it. All our packages go to the US via USPS. Something I'll keep an eye on :)
